Based on your consent, Amgen Switzerland AG will collect and process your personal information with the sole intended purpose of providing you with the information and/or services requested and for promoting Amgen´s products and professional or scientific activities, services, events relevant to your practice.
Such activities may include your participation in trainings, clinical or market research activities, scientific congresses and meetings or advisory boards, together with digital surveys about our products, services or activities; all of them relevant for your practice.

Amgen processes your personal information for the duration of the relationship between you and Amgen Switzerland or as long as you wish to receive such communication, in any event as long as required by legal retention obligations (e.g. tax laws).

This information may be used within the Amgen Group of companies in and outside of EU countries and maybe transferred to a third party providing services to Amgen Switzerland (e.g. for Newsletter activities, Call Center activities).

Amgen is a multi-national company headquartered in the United States. Amgen maintains data centers around the world, including in the European Union and the United States. Amgen may process personal information in global databases that can be accessed by authorized Amgen personnel worldwide. Transfers outside of Europe including to the United States are made in accordance with applicable privacy laws. Transfers of personal information among Amgen and its group entities follow applicable laws and our Binding Corporate Rules (BCRs). Transfers of personal information in countries not deemed adequate is done using appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses. To obtain a copy of these safeguards, please contact your Data Protection Officer at privacy@amgen.com. Regardless of where your personal information is collected or processed, Amgen maintains and shall ensure that third Parties processing data under Amgen’s instruction as data processor service providers maintain appropriate administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect information about you.

You may access, cancel and rectify your personal information as well as request your right to data portability contacting Amgen’s Data Protection Officer at privacy@amgen.com. You may also withdraw your consent to receive such promotional messages at any time by following the instructions provided in each electronic message sent to you.
